The Face Behind Dynamic Community Leadership

Ric Raftis is the face behind Dynamic Community Leadership. With extensive involvement in various sectors over the years, Ric has been a partner in a public accounting practice, business coach and advisor and also a web developer. In these roles, he has presented publicly on many occasions in the capacity of a speaker, facilitator and trainer. In particular, Ric enjoys a passion for community, community organisations and volunteers and is a Member of the Institute of Community Directors Australia (MICDA). He has a firm belief that community is the backbone of our society. Without these organisations and volunteers, we wouldn’t have communities.

Ric’s vision is to build these organisations by providing people with the leadership skills and logistical skills to cover the many variables they face.
